The program includes communication techniques\, planning and presenting safety meetings\, leadership skills\, time-management\, and accident/incident prevention and investigation.  The course also provides direction on how to tackle FMCSA compliance factors\, creating and implementing effective policies and procedures and OSHA-in-trucking issues.  Registration includes a packet of reference material.
