Northland Arboretum: Conditions: Trails rolled on Tuesday. Good coverage with very few thin spots. Monday’s wet snow packed down to about 2-3″ on the trails. This should make a good base for the rest of the season. Trails are a little bumpy.
BLAST: The Brainerd area received 8″ of new snow. The trails are open but use extreme caution until we can get our groomers out on the trails. We need colder weather to freeze the swamps and lakes. Have fun but be careful.
Mille Lacs-Kathio State Park: Most of the snowmobile trails were groomed Tuesday. We hope to get out and pack and groom the ski trails yet this week. The trail is partially groomed and in fair condition. There is a trail base of 2”.
