Description
Mount Ski Gull will be offering an outdoor (rain or shine) bootcamp/fitness class for all ability levels. Different workout each week. Class will emphasize a combination of cardio and strength, with a full dynamic warm up and cool down. MSG will continue to follow social distancing during the class (we have lots of outside space!). Our goal is to encourage an active lifestyle for those who are interested in getting some exercise in the outdoors!

Our instructor is an ACE certified group fitness instructor with 6+ years of group fitness instruction experience, who enjoys combining fitness & the outdoors!

- Thursday's 7am-8:30am, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30, 8/6, 8/13, 8/20, 8/27
- Pay for whole summer 8 classes for $95
- Drop in fee $12/class
- Open to adults 18+, youth ages 14-17, may register with a paid adult
- Must sign waiver at first class
- No equipment necessary, but recommended to bring a water bottle and towel
- Minimum 5 participants
