Just like the legendary duo Paul and Babe, the Mid-Minnesota Builders Association and the Brainerd Lakes Chamber are teaming up to bring you the LARGER-THAN-LIFE Brainerd Lakes Home Show & Expo!

EXHIBITOR OPTIONS
Are you ready to make some noise for your business? Step into the spotlight and boost your brand AND SALES by becoming a sponsor or exhibitor at one of the biggest events in the region!

EXHIBITOR ADD ONS

Wi-Fi: $35
Purchase the WiFi access and recieve the password for the boosted exhibitor only service.

Lakes Proud Stamp Card: $150 + Prizes (4, $25 value prizes OR 2, $50 value prizes)
Guarantee traffic to your booth by participating in the Lakes Proud Stamp Card! Your business logo will be included on the stamp card that will be distributed to attendees during. Participating exhibitors will receive a special Lakes Proud stamper and sign. Attendees must complete their card to be eligible for a prize. 

Outdoor Promo Sign: $175
Add your business logo to a double-sided yard sign placed near the entrance during the event.

Late Move Out
Exhibitors are allowed to move their items out by noon on Monday, March 23, 2026.

Bulk Tickets: $120
Invite your customers to attend free of charge. Pre-purchase blocks of 10 tickets to receive and hand out.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Sponsors receive the best booth placement, plus print and digital marketing benefits that reach thousands! Other sponsor perks include WiFi, free attendance for employees, and an invitation to attend the exhibitor networking social on Friday evening.

Sponsorships are reserved for current Chamber (Brainerd Lakes, Crosslake, Pequot Lakes) or MMBA members (in good standing). 2025 Brainerd Lakes Home Show & Expo sponsors will receive first-right-of-refusal to renew their sponsorships for 2026. First-right-of-refusal deadline is November 30, 2025.

*Exhibitor Lounge Sponsor = Required to provide beverages and snacks for the exhibitors to be served in the Mezzanine the days of the event.
