2026 Stars & Stripes, Bean Hole Days -- FOOD VENDOR REGISTRATION | DUE JUNE 20

Sign up to be a FOOD VENDOR:

STARS & STRIPES DAYS: July 3 & 4, 2026

BEAN HOLE DAYS: July 15, 2026

Prior to registering for our event, we require that you have the following information:

• Choose whether you will participate in Stars & Stripes Days, Bean Hole Days, or both.
• Business Name
• Contact Information
• MN Food Food License Number
• MN Sales Tax License Number
• Product Description
• Food Truck/Trailer (if applicable)
• Form of payment

Please read the agreement below prior to registering.

Upon registration you will be required to submit payment. Applications and payments must be received by June 20, 2026. 

As a FOOD VENDOR you agree to the following:

• Setup Times: Stars & Stripes Days: Must arrive 10 AM - 3 PM on July 3; Serving should begin no later than 5PM on July 3 and 10AM on July 4. Bean Hole Days: 12 PM - 4 PM on July 14 OR 7 AM - 9 AM on July 15; Serving to begin no later than 11AM on July 15. 
• Tear down begins at 2 PM on the day of the event for Stars & Stripes & Bean Hole Days
• You must visibly post your Minnesota Food License number
• You must plan to provide your own electricity, if needed
• Please clean up any garbage around your site after the event
• All Food trucks must be approved by the Chamber Director, Nichole. 
• You agree to sell only the items agreed upon.

The Pequot Lakes Chamber agrees to:

• Provide garbage cans and liners placed around the event area
• Have up-to-date, appropriate event insurance
• Have up-to-date, appropriate permits with the city of Pequot Lakes

Cancellation Policy: Submission of this agreement indicates a commitment to participate. If you must cancel, please notify the Pequot Lakes Chamber as soon as possible, as there are businesses on a waiting list. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is made after June 20, 2026.
