XCORE LEADERSHIP is Leverage for Leaders to Move Further, Faster.A 9-month transformational leadership program designed to help you strengthen your “Core” leadership capacity, multiply (X) transformation into others and leave a legacy of influence.
Join other leaders for an advanced leadership program providing you with broader perspectives, deeper understanding of your own leadership, empowering leadership in those you lead, and a clearer path to creating the change you seek.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
- Business owners, executives & senior managers
- Those who currently supervise a team and have at least 5 years of leadership experience
- Preference given to alumni of Blue Ox Leadership Experience
XCore is designed to help good leaders become great leaders. Enhance your skills while connecting with other Brainerd Lakes Area leaders. Each person will be in a core group of 6-8 other professionals all desiring to grow to the next level.
XCORE includes 360 individual and team assessments.

Session 1, March 25
Liberation as a Lifestyle
- Liberating Leaders fight for the highest possible good in the lives of those they lead. Learn simple tools to become one of the best leaders in the world.
Discovering Your Leadership Voice
- Understand your leadership voice, communication style, and the strengths and challenges of others on the other side of you.
Core Group Session: 1.5 hours
- Join your CORE group of 6-8 people to enhance your learning, share your experiences, and receive feedback and support.
Mastering Effective Communication
- Understand the different styles of communication and the types of questions people ask. Learn how to crack the communication code between yourself and others around you.
Maximizing Influence
- Understand and leverage the power of influence in all your relationships.
Core Group Session: 1.5 hours
- Join your CORE group of 6-8 people to enhance your learning, share your experiences, and receive feedback and support.
Becoming Present and Productive
- Use the 5 Gears to become present and productive in a world where there is never enough time. Understand how to shift into the right gear at the right time to truly connect with others around you.
Personal Alignment
- Clearly identify your personal vision, mission, and values needed to meet your future goals.
Core Group Session: 1.5 hours
- Join your CORE group of 6-8 people to enhance your learning, share your experiences, and receive feedback and support.
UNLEASH YOUR TALENT:
$1495 per Person | Each session held from 8:30am – 12pm
Register by March 23rd (class size limited to 25).

SCHOLARSHIPS:
A 25% discount is available to small businesses and non-profits with financial limitations. Just ask.
COMMITMENT:
Individuals are required to attend all 9 sessions. Applicants should review their schedules to make sure that they can attend all of the sessions prior to applying. Attendance is not only important for you to develop as a leader, but your active participation is also important to the entire cohort.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Rynell Schock is a Sr. Consultant with GiANT Worldwide growing a healthy leadership culture throughout organizations. Along with being a business owner, she has worked in the public sector. As a trained consultant in the field for 4 decades, Rynell has been an administrator and leader in innovation and development of programs, coaching and consulting, and developing leaders. She builds upon leaders’ strengths and supports continuous transformation in multiplying healthy leaders and cultures in organizations.
Currently as the co-owner of a 4th generation business, Rynell’s family is in the process of becoming successful in business succession.
