Grab your decks, your friends, and your checkbook — let’s build something awesome together.

Join us 1-4pm, as we host a skate-park fundraiser in our front parking lot to benefit the Lakes Area Skatepark Association, whose mission is “to provide a safe and accessible skatepark for the Lakes Area youth & community.” Lakes Area Skatepark

We’ll have portable ramps and rails set up from the Lakes Area Skatepark crew so you can catch skate demos, try a trick or two, and see firsthand what your donations are going toward.  Not a skateboarder? You’re more than welcome to hang out and watch the action.  Smokin’ Desk will be providing the live music to keep the energy flowing.

Here’s what you can do to help:

Show up — bring your crew.

Bring your checkbook — individual or business donations will go directly to building the park.

Enjoy community — this is more than skating. It’s about giving youth a safe place, creating something lasting here at home.

Why it matters: The Lakes Area Skatepark is working hard to raise funds, spread awareness, and plan for a full‐time skatepark. Right now, youth in Brainerd/Baxter don’t have a permanent, safe gathering spot to ride, practice, belong. Your support builds more than ramps — it builds community.
