Description
The 20th Annual Susan G. Komen Brainerd Lakes Race for the Cure will be on June 29th, 2019 at Pequot Lakes High School, Pequot Lakes, MN! Our longtime location at Forestview Middle School will be under construction in 2019, but we are so lucky that Pequot Lakes has welcomed us with open arms. And it’s only 20 miles north of Brainerd/Baxter.
Join us on June 29th where we will gather to raise funds, bring awareness, celebrate cancer survivorship and honor those who have lost their battle to the disease. Participants may choose to run in the 5K, walk a 5K or 1K course, or just step over the finish line for the Zero K. Special races for 2-10 year olds will take place on the track. Commemorative t-shirts go to all with refreshments and Sponsor give-aways at the Expo following the run/walks, including a special tent just for survivors.

For those who are unable or prefer not to register online, you may register offline using paper forms. The forms must be postmarked by June 20th for Team Members and for Individuals. Please download, complete form, and mail with entry fees and donations to: 960 Southdale Center, Edina, MN 55435
(This event will occur rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. Should that become necessary, there will be no refunds and your entry fee will be used as a donation to Susan G. Komen Brainerd Lakes Race for the Cure®.)

Registration Fees:
November 1 through April 29:
$25 for adult runners, $15 for kid runners, $20 for adult walkers, $12 for kid walkers
April 30 through June 25:
$30 for adult runners, $20 for kid runners, $25 for adult walkers, $15 for kid walkers
June 28 (in person only):
$35 for adult runners, $25 for kid runners, $30 for adult walkers, $15 for kid walkers
June 29, Race Day (in person only):
$40 for adult runners, $30 for kid runners, $35 for adult walkers, $20 for kid walkers
*Please note that all events are Co-Ed and Adults & Kids will participate together in the 5K and 1 Mile events (these are not separate events).
*Please note that Kids ages 2-10 registered in the 5k or 1K walks may also participate in the Kids Fun Run without an additional fee.
