Free Sports Physicals

Lakewood Health System and Twin Cities Orthopedics are partnering to offer free sports physicals to students on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. Appointments are available from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and will take approximately 10 minutes each. Appointments will take place at TCO Baxter – Therapy, located at 15860 Audubon Way - Brainerd. Any student needing a provider-signed Minnesota State High School League form in order to participate in school sports is welcome to schedule an appointment. Slots are limited.
