Description


Hip hop is a dance style that brings together authentic street dance foundations, rhythmic movement, and fitness in an inclusive, judgment-free environment. 


For this class, I encourage everyone to wear clean sneakers, but socks or bare feet are absolutely fine, too! 


Throughout the workshop, we’ll focus on getting comfortable with the style, building confidence in our bodies, and, most importantly, having fun and connecting with the music. No dance experience required!
