Beginner Pole Fitness Classes

Description

The focus of Beginner class will be on gaining familiarity with the pole and creating a proper foundation on which to build future pole skills. Emphasis will be placed on learning correct hand and body positioning, as well as learning how to do moves with control. We'll learn some pole spins, as well as moves like the pole sit, the basic plank, and maybe even the pole climb!
