Sound Journey- Using Sound Bowls

Join us for a peaceful outdoor Sound Journey at the Northland Arboretum’s Garden Gazebo. Guided by Paula Finney of Creating From Being, this immersive experience uses sound bowls and calming vibrations to encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and inner balance.

$25 per person
Participants are invited to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the healing atmosphere of nature while experiencing the soothing tones of sound therapy in a beautiful garden setting.
Paula Finney empowers individuals on their personal transformation and wellness journeys. In addition to being a Sound Journey facilitator, she is a certified yoga instructor, certified HeartMath coach, certified Reiki master, and soon-to-be certified Soma Breathwork instructor.
Please bring a mat, blanket, and optional eye mask for your comfort.
Class will be held outdoors at the Garden Gazebo.
