Dear Friends of the Susan G. Komen Brainerd Lakes Race for the Cure:
As we are now in challenging and uncertain times due to the progression of COVID-19 and the CDC guidance on social distancing, it is with heavy hearts that the Susan G. Komen Brainerd Lakes Race for the Cure Committee has decided to not hold our physical event on June 27, 2020.

HOWEVER!
You and your family and friends may register or donate to the Brainerd Lakes Team for the virtual Twin Cities Race for the Cure. You can run or walk on your own terms - in your own neighborhood or even on your own treadmill! Or you can comfortably ‘Sleep in for the Cure’ knowing that you have contributed to the survival of a family member, friend, colleague or total stranger. All Race t-shirts and bibs will be mailed this year.
The 21th Annual Susan G. Komen Brainerd Lakes Race for the Cure will be on June 27th, 2020 at Pequot Lakes High School, Pequot Lakes, MN! You and your family and friends may register or donate to the Brainerd Lakes Team for the virtual Twin Cities Race for the Cure. You can run or walk on your own terms - in your own neighborhood or even on your own treadmill! Join us on June 27th where we will gather to raise funds, bring awareness, celebrate cancer survivor ship and honor those who have lost their battle to the disease. Participants may choose to run in the 5K, walk a 5K or 1K course, or just step over the finish line for the Zero K. Special races for 2-10 year olds will take place on the track. Commemorative t-shirts go to all with refreshments and Sponsor giveaways at the Expo following the run/walks, including a special tent just for survivors.
