2021 14th Annual Chamber Sporting Clays Summer Fling

Description
We're ready to enjoy warm summer air, friendly competition and smashing clays during the Chamber's 14th Annual Sporting Clays Summer Fling hosted at Hunts Point Gun Club on Tuesday, June 15, 2021! The event is for experienced and novice shooters. A warm up station with instruction is provided.
Spend the day outdoors enjoying team bonding, networking and good-natured competition on the 16 station sporting clay course located on the 300+ acre preserve at Hunts Point Gun Club located south of Pequot Lakes.
NETWORK
Network with other members in a relaxed setting by signing up as an individual and being placed randomly with three other shooters or reward your employees and clients by forming a pre-determined team of four. Shooting Station sponsors will provide water, snacks and entertainment along the route.
FLURRY
Participants will enjoy the friendly team competition at the Flurry Station! Team members will have the opportunity to shoot 40 clays to earn points. Who will be our Team Flurry winner this year?
Show your Lakes Proud support by shooting the Lakes Proud birds during the flurry. If you shoot the Lakes Proud birds, 5 points will be added to your team score! The team with the highest score wins the flurry!!
PARTICIPANTS WILL ENJOY
- 1:00 - 1:45 p.m. Registration, Warm up station and Split the Pot station
- 1:45 p.m. Welcome and Safety Meeting
- 2:00 p.m. Shotgun Start to stations and Team Flurry
- 4:00 p.m. Food, Awards and Prizes
- Grand Prize- CZ model 1012 in 12 Gauge with a 28" barrel, semi automatic with a wood stock and a matte grey receiver
- Hunting Prize- 8 Bird Guided Pheasant Hunt with lunch for two at Hunts Point Gun Club
- Traveling Trophies awarded for Team, Flurry, Hen (female), and Rooster (male) Best scores!
- Variety of Door Prizes
- Great networking all afternoon

- 4 Mulligans (Each shooter is allowed 1 re-shoot)
- Split the Pot (Each shooter will use 10 shells to try and hit 10 targets, but don't shoot the poison bird! Each hit will grant the shooter 1 raffle ticket for a chance to win the Split the Pot (50/50 drawing)!
Early Registration Incentive: Register your team by May 31 to receive a $50 discount!
Bring your own shotgun and plan on shooting up to 100 shells.
Chance to win grand prize, hunting package, door prizes and traveling trophies for best scores (team, flurry, hen and rooster)!
