Description

Make The Babinski Foundation Animal Shelter your first stop on Halloween Night! We are hosting an Adoption Event for all available cats and dogs and will be handing out candy and a warm drink with a few of our costumed pups. 

We will also be hosting a Facebook Costume Contest - Come dressed in your best costumes and we will have our followers vote for the best. We will even give you bonus points if you bring your "well-behaved, pup lovin'" mutt to our shelter costumed.
