A new craze has hit the Brainerd Lakes Area! It's Quarantingo!Quarantingo – What is it?
A new wave of social media mania has taken over Facebook this past week! Quarantingo has spread from St. Paul to the Brainerd Lakes Area. Hosted by Sheila DeChantal, Promotions and Marketing Director for 3 Cheers Hospitality, Quarantingo is a fun game to play to help support our local small businesses and have fun while doing it!
Check out the BLA Quarantingo Facebook page at the beginning of each week for a list of the participating small businesses. Pick up a Quarantingo Card from each business for that week's game. You can visit as many of the participating businesses as you want to gather cards.
On Saturday at 7:00 PM, tune in to the BLA Quarantingo Facebook Page for several live games of Quarantingo! If you get a Quarantingo, you need to call it out in the comments and take a picture of your win and post on the page. They will verify your win and give out the prize package that was announced before the game to that winner. They will go with the first win. In the event of a tie, they will either split the prize or offer up a bonus gift card for the second person in.
