About Our Speakers

Kristi Westbrock, CEO & General Manager; CTC

Kristi Westbrock is CEO/General Manager at Consolidated Telephone Company (CTC) and has been with the Cooperative since 2007.  She has over 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has a strong background in Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Business Operations, and Strategic Development.  Kristi has a passion for organizational management, effective communication and creating unique work environments/experiences while driving business revenues. Ms. Westbrock has been integral in the Cooperative development and partnerships to deploy broadband to those in unserved areas of Minnesota. 






Bob Perkins, Regional Manager of New Market Implementation; TDS Telecom
Bob Perkins has nearly 38 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.  In his current role, Bob oversees new fiber optic projects for TDS Telecom as a Regional Manager of New Market Implementation.  He started in the business as a technician in the US Air Force and holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration.  Bob joined TDS in 1994.  When not at work, Bob spends time with his wife of 37 years and their two daughters (or fishing).  Bob is passionate about the environment, and leads efforts focused on water quality and appropriate land use and a non-profit organization developed to give back the community through an endowment for many generations to come.





Josh Netland, CEO/GM; ECTC/Crosslake Communications
My name is Josh Netland and I’m the CEO/General Manager at Emily Cooperative Telephone Company.  My experience includes nearly 25 years in the telecommunications industry, serving in a management role for the past 17 years.  The focus at ECTC is providing our members with solutions that meet their telecommunications needs.  Emily Cooperative Telephone Company offers voice, video and data services over a 100 percent fiber to the home network.
