Description
Brainerd International Raceway’s Bracket Drag Racing Series features some of the best amateur drag racing in the country as 250+ drag racers compete in 11 different classes. Fans can see dragsters, cars, trucks, bikes, snowmobiles and Junior Dragsters, all of which are competing for prize money, hardware and all-important series points that go toward series championships at the end of the season.
In 2020, racers in the Bracket Drag Racing Series will have 12 chances to generate series points. Each weekend includes eliminations on both Saturday and Sunday. Each class has one round of time trials at the beginning of the day before starting elimination rounds. Class winners will be determined at the end of both days so the intensity will be ratcheted up!
All weekends include testing and Jackpot racing on Friday. Look to the racer page for details!
Each class races for full points, with trophies and payouts each day. The winners of the Super Pro and Pro ET classes race off in the Super Pro/Pro ET Shootout for a guaranteed $2,000 to the winner and $1,000 for the runner up!

Bracket Drag Racing only. Admission Sunday is only $10.
May 15-17 – Purchase Tickets
Drag racing, with the Audi Club on Saturday and Slowpokes on Sunday. Admission Sunday is only $10.
June 5-7 – Purchase Tickets
Wet & Wild Weekend! Drag racing, BMW Car Club on the road course, IWA Watercross and Minnesota Autosports Club (autocross). Admission on Sunday is only $10.
June 19-21 – Purchase Tickets
Dual Event Weekend: Drag racing with CRA Superbike Racing on the road course. Admission on Sunday is only $10.
July 17-19 – Purchase Tickets
Dual Event Weekend: Drag racing with CRA Superbike Racing on the road course. Admission on Sunday is only $10.
Sept 25-27 – Purchase Tickets
The finale for the Bracket Drag Racing Series, with 24 Hours of Lemons on the road course Saturday-Sunday for endurance racing. Admission on Sunday is only $10.
