North Star Family Medicine First Annual Health Fair

North Star Family Medicine is hosting a health fair at Arrowwood Lodge Friday October 1, 2021 from 12:00-5:00 pm and Saturday October 2, 2021 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Flu shots provided by Guidepoint Pharmacy. 

North Star Family Medicine is offering metabolic screening, including height, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes evaluation. Cost is $40. If you register online prior to the event, the cost is $30. CLC Nursing program is assisting with the screenings.
