Join our BBQ Legends team as they teach you all things Offset Smokers! This class will cover the basics of smoking with an offset smoker. Pit selection, Fire Management, Meat trimming, and placement of meat on the smoker are just a few topics we will cover. Recipes that will be covered in this class include Reverse Seared Tri Tip, Pulled Beef, Pork Belly burnt ends, and more! This class will be held at our Brainerd store location on Wednesday, June 19th, 2024. As usual, we will start off with a "social half-hour" at 5:30pm with class starting at 6pm.
