Join us for an evening of fun and events at Smile Express. The first annual Smile Express is full of excitement and open to all.
Schedule of Events:

Mental Health Professionals Onsite from CRMC: Please visit with them about any questions or concerns you have. Introduce your young ones to counselors and psychiatrists so they feel comfortable with these resources.
Marketplace: 4:00 – 7:00 – Small retail vendors will be open for shopping at the Market.
Kids Craft Table: 4:00 – 6:00 – Join Smiles for Jake Volunteers in making Kindness Boxes and other craft activities. Kindness Boxes can be made by both adults and children.
Face Painting: 4:00 – 7:30
Hayrides: 4:30 – 6:30
Family Photos with Elf Aimee: 4:00 – 6:30 – Elf Aimee will take professional family photos that will be available to you online. You will have access to these photos at no cost.
Santa Arrives: 4:30 -5:00 – Welcome Santa Dan when he arrives to Brainerd!
Visits and Photos with Santa: 5:00 – 7:00 Professional Santa photographs. Available online and free for you to access.
FREE Kids Haircuts: 4:00 – 6:30 – Get spiffy for your holiday and family photos!
Elf Aimee Singalong: 6:30 – 7:00 – Sing Songs with Elf Aimee to get into the Christmas spirit!
Fire Dancing Performer: 6:00 – 7:00 Fire performance is performance art and skills that involve the manipulation of fire.
Fire Dancing Performance Show: 7:00 – 7:15
S’more Station: 4:30 – 7:00
Hot Chocolate Bar: 4:30 – 7:00
Christmas Tree Lighting: 7:15
Fireworks: 7:15
Event Ends: 7:30

Smiles for Jake is a suicide prevention movement that spreads positivity through life-affirming actions, listening ears, and the message that everyone should have hope. People need hope. Smiles for Jake is built on the promise that everyone should have hope—we believe those words, and we plan to spread the hope we feel in our community.
Pricing
This event is free to the public. A recommended donation of an uwrapped toy, kids coat, blankets, hats or mittens is suggested. The items gathered will be donated to Toys for Kids and distributed by the Marine Corp to local families in Crow Wing County.
