Celebrate the harvest season and meet the producers of the ingredients for a grain to glass beer and a farm to table meal!Brewer Chuck Martin from Roundhouse Brewery has created two beers for this event exclusively featuring locally sourced ingredients from our friends at Doubting Thomas Farms, Mighty Axe Hops, and Vertical Malt. These beers will only be available for this event! Jenna from Prairie Bay Grill has partnered with Sprout MN to create a special one of kind spread to pair with the beer, made with ingredients from local farms. Meet and greet the vendors in attendance and learn more about the importance of buying locally and the process of farm to table. Each vendor will be giving a brief presentation on the part they played in the beer making process.
This is a Sunday FUNDay event and a portion of the proceeds will go toward the The Gifted Learning Project - This non-profit uses agriculture as a platform to promote education, sustainability, and community--while simultaneously reducing socioeconomic disparity.
Putting all of this together in an afternoon is an exciting way to feature local producers and the positive cycles that come out of sourcing locally!
